The property snapshot provides a deep dive into the details of a property at a glance. Information like estimated value, on or off-market, distressed or not, owner information, occupancy, property type, nearby comps, and loan balance and equity are some details displayed to aid your clients in quickly deciding whether a property meets their investment criteria, without sifting through all of the data.
